Paul & Betty Groves

Paul Groves and his wife, Betty, are natives of Louisville, Kentucky. They have been married for thirty four years and have been blessed with two sons and six grandchildren. Paul has served for eight years in bi-vocational ministries while working at Ford Motor Company. While working at Ford he attended Louisville Bible College where he received an Associate Degree in Sacred Literature and is currently working toward a Bachelor degree in Sacred Literature from Summit Theological Seminary. After retiring from Ford he served for three and half years at Mt. Carmel Christian Church in Clark County, KY. Paul and Betty enjoy spending time with family, camping, gardening, and loving people.

Theresa Hamblin

Wayne and Theresa Hamblin have lived in Irvine since June 1994. Wayne, resident of Estill County since he was 4 years old, moved to Daytona Bch, FL in 1984 upon graduating from ECHS. It was here that he met Theresa, a native Floridian, while singing in the church choir together. They both have been serving the Lord as Sunday School teachers, worship leaders, VBS workers, prison Ministry volunteers, and (prior to coming to River Drive Christian) Wayne served as pastor of a small church here in Irvine. They have been blessed with two children, an ark full of pets, and a loving church family right here at River Drive!!
